Job title:
Manager/Officer–Business Development, EMBA(at the rank of Executive Officer/Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to10% of basic salary, with the possibility to renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

Main duties:
Developing business relationships with external parties to seek promotional opportunities for the programme;
Planning and implementing admissions events and marketing campaigns to boost recruitment;
Supervising the end-to-end candidate recruitment and admissions processes such as application review and processing, interview arrangement, database management and providing regular reports on admission data;
Developing content and managing social media platforms when required;
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ work experience in the tertiary education sector, preferably in the field of business development, admissions, or event management;
Possess outstanding marketing and business development skills；
Great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently in a team, and to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines; and be mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven;
An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Be proficient in using Photoshop and MS office applications, and be familiar with social media platforms.
Relevant experience in the marketing and admissions functions for EMBA, DBA, or other executive education programmes would be highly preferred;
Knowledge of the business education market in China would be an advantage.
Those with less experience may be appointed as Officer;
